Guardian Guide to Running Podcast - Marathon series

I've been commissioned by The Guardian to produce a new series of podcasts featuring training sessions for runners planning to enter a marathon in the spring. Working alongside a running coach, we're putting together 6 sessions to help runners impove strength and stamina and improve running times over the 26.2 miles.

The marathon series follows on from our successful beginner and advanced 'Guardian Guide to Running Podcasts' from a couple of years ago.
